Are your products "cruelty-free"?
Absolutely. Our products are tested only on friends and
family -- not animals. And although some of our ingredients come from animals, no
animals were harmed when producing these ingredients. (ie. Lanolin is a by-product of
sheep's wool, but I'm sure the sheep was happy to give up its coat.)
ORDERING AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is a flat-rate of $4.05 per order, no matter what size the order
is.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all
standard items are considered to be in stock, and will ship within 2-3 business days of
receipt of your order.
What are the shipping options?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders ship USPS Priority
Mail. Delivery time for these orders is 2-4 days. Overnight and 2nd day options are not
available at this time.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we only ship within the 50 United States.
Do you accept wholesale and/or drop-ship
orders?
Yes and No. We do accept
wholesale orders. We do NOT accept drop ship orders.
What is your privacy policy?
Our privacy policy is simple... Pier Pleasure will never sell
or share your personal information with anybody. Period. How's that for privacy?
